• Orders placed Monday through Friday (excluding holidays) will be processed and shipped within 3-5 business days unless website states otherwise.However, we usually ship out sooner.

• Some collection items are made to order and in small batch, so processing times will take 3-5 business days. However, we usually ship out sooner.

• Orders placed on Saturdays and Sundays will begin processing the following business day.
• During Black Friday, Cyber Monday and major sales, order processing can be up to 15 business days and will be stated on the site.

• All customers will receive a separate email with tracking information when the order has shipped. 

Domestic and Free Shipping 

• Standard Domestic Orders are shipped via USPS or UPS and are shipped to addresses within the United States.
• Free Shipping is shipped via 1st class mail or priority mail and can take up to 5 business days.
• All packages delivery is with the USPS and UPS.
• We will send the tracking number to the email address you provide in your order.
• Please Allow 3-7 business days "After Processing" for delivery
• International Shipping is 7-10 Business days depending on your location.
